PAYMENT SYSTEM POLICY 

กฏระเบียบการจองแพ็คเกจ :- 

1.ไม่สามารถคืนเงินการจองได้ทุกกรณี

2.สามารถเลื่อน หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงการเดินทางได้ 1 ครั้ง ล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 30 วันก่อนวันเดินทาง หรือพิจารณาแต่ละกรณี ซึ่งไม่ตรงกับวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์

3.หากไม่สะดวกสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงชื่อผู้เดินทางใหม่ได้และแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 3-5 วันก่อนเดินทางมิเช่นนั้นแพ็คเกจถือเป็น Noshow 

4.หากเดินทางเป็นหมู่คณะ ทำการจองแพ็คเกจเรียบร้อยแล้วนั้น ไม่สามารถเลื่อนหรือแยกการเปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไขเพียงบางส่วนได้

5.กรณีทรัพย์สินเสียหายอันเกิดจาก ตัวลูกค้าเอง หรืออุบัติเหตุก็ตาม ให้ยึดตามระเบียบของผู้ประกอบการเป็นหลักโดยผู้ที่กระทำให้ทรัพย์สินเสียหายตรงชดเชยตามระเบียบเองเท่านั้น

6.แพ็คเกจตั๋วราคาเด็ก แต่ละแพ็คเกจขึ้นอยู่กับส่วนสูงเป็นหลัก หากในกรณีที่ลูกค้าแจ้งมาไม่ตรงตามความเป็นจริงลูกค้าต้องรับผิดชอบในการซื้อตั๋วใหม่ โดยทางบริษัทจะไม่รับผิดชอบใดใดทั้งสิ้น 

7.แพ็คเกจดำน้ำ และเรือออกตามเวลาที่กำหนด รถรับที่โรงแรมตรงตามเวลา รบกวนรอรถก่อนเวลารับ เพื่อปกป้องการผิดพลาด คนรถจะไม่สามารถวนรถมารับได้และลูกค้าต้องรับผิดชอบชำระค่าตั๋วเรือใหม่เต็มจำนวน 

  -โปรแกรมอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงขึ้นอยู่กับสภาพอากาศโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า ซึ่งประเมินความปลอดภัยจากกัปตัน สามาถเปลี่ยนการเดินทางหรือชดเชยส่วนต่างตามเงื่อนไขบริษัท 

  -หากมีโรคประจำตัวหรือแพ้อาหารบางชนิด รบกวนแจ้งล่วงหน้าเพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่ทราบ 

  -หากมีเด็กเล็ก 0-3 ปี สตรีมีครรภ์ หรือผู้สูงอายุ 70 ​​ปี รบกวนแจ้งเพื่อพิจารณาการเดินทาง เพราะบางแพ็คเกจโดยเฉพาะสปี้ดโบ๊ทบุคคลดังกล่าวไม่สามารถร่วมทริปได้ 

  -แพ็คเกจดำน้ำบางทริปไม่รวมค่าเข้าอุทยานแห่งชาติหรือหมู่เกาะต่างๆ ลูกค้าสามารถชำระโดยตรงกับทางเจ้าหน้าที่อุทยาน

8.แพ็คเกจโรงแรม ห้ามประกอบอาหาร หรือ นำเครื่องดื่ม ที่ทางรีสอร์ตห้ามนำเข้าที่พักหากฝ่าฝืนหรือละเมิดให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบของรีสอร์ท

9.สามารถสอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมกับเจ้าหน้าที่โดยตรง

 หมายเหตุ

- ชำระผ่านบัตรเครดิตจาก ลิ้งค์  Pay solutions

- ค่าธรรมเนียมบัตรเครดิต 3-5% ขึ้นอยู่กับประเภทบัตรของท่าน

- สามารถคลิ้กลิงค์ เช็ครายละเอียด จำนวนเงิน และเลือกประเภทบัตรเครดิต

- หากยอดเงินผิดพลาด แจ้งก่อน 19.00 ในวันทำการชำระเงิน สามารถได้รับเงินคืนเต็มจำนวน

  หากเกินกว่ากำหนดเสียค่าธรรมเนียมยกเลิก 300 บาทต่อรายการ 

***ตรวจสอบยอดเงินให้ถูกต้องก่อนชำระเงิน หากผิดพลาดจะต้องรับผิดชอบยอดค่าปรับในการยกเลิกเองเท่านั้น**

Terms and Conditions :-

1.Package non-refundable in all cases

2.The customer can change the detail one time at least 30 days before the travel or consider case by case and not on public holiday.

3.If inconvenient, can change the name of the new traveler and notify at least 3-5 days before traveling. Otherwise is considered as Noshow

4.If traveling in a group and the package has been reserved. Changes cannot be postponed or separated if only some parts can be edited

5.In the case of property damage caused by the customer or an accident. The regulations of the operator must be strictly adhered to. Those who caused property damage will be compensated according to the regulations only.

6.For Ticket Package, Children's ticket is based on height if the customer's notification is incorrect, the customer is responsible to buy a new ticket by yourself

7.For Boat trip or Snorkeling packages. Boats depart at scheduled times. Hotel pickup will be on time If the driver does not meet the customer. The driver will not be able to return and the customer will be responsible for paying the full price for the new boat ticket.

  -The program is subject to change depending on weather conditions without prior notice which assesses safety from the captain, You can change your date or compensate for the difference according to the company's conditions.

  -If you have a congenital disease or are allergic to certain foods. Please notify in advance to let the officials know.

  -If you have small children 0-3 years old, pregnant women, or elderly people 70 years old, please notify us as they cannot join the trip by speedboat

  -Some of Boat trip or snorkeling packages do not include entrance fees to national parks or islands. Customers can pay directly to the officials

8.For Hotel package, Do not allow to prepare food or bring some beverages. The resort prohibits entry into the accommodation if it violates or violates the resort's regulations.

9.The customer can ask for more information directly with the staff

Remark 

- Payment via credit card from the payment gateway link (Pay solutions)

- Credit card fee 3-5% depending on your cards.

- You can click the link. Check details, total amount and choose Credit card type

- If the total is wrong, notify before 19:00 p.m. on the payment day (Thailand time). You can get a full refund.

  If it is exceeded, a cancellation fee of 300 baht per item will be charged.
